Diagnostic workup of patients with a high probability of BCR-ABL1-positive hematopoietic neoplasms, predominantly chronic myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Required Information

1. Pertinent clinical history including if the patient has a diagnosis of chronic myeloid leukemia or other BCR/ALB1-positive neoplasm
2. Date of collection
3. Specimen source (Blood or Bone Marrow)

Stability

Submit at room temperature. If specimen has to be stored more than 48 hours, refrigerate at 2(degrees)C to 8(degrees)C.

Gross hemolysis, Moderately to severely clotted
